Sabelt resumes its activities with a health protocol not only consistent with Ministerial indications but also approved by the FCA World Class Manufacturing (WCM), a globally recognized system.

The company has obtained the "green light" from FCA's WCM Training and Consulting department, committing itself to ensure that within all its spaces were respected even more restrictive regulations than the protocol defined by the Ministry of Health. To protect the health and safety of its workers and collaborators, Sabelt guarantees the salubrity of the working environment in terms of organization, hygiene, distance and emergency management.

As a first step, the company has defined roles and responsibilities for proper risk management. It then reorganized the spaces not only for a correct management of the workplace and to guarantee social distancing, but also to properly inform all operators through the use of tools and communications that increase awareness of the activities to be carried out. The procedures to access the company have been defined, regular sanitization of the environments has been organized and all activities are daily monitored.
