Turin, 25th November 2021 – Yesterday, in Milan, Giorgio Marsiaj received the EY Special Prize, as part of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award - 2021 Edition "for the resilience that characterized his entrepreneurial style and that he was able to put at the service of the community in guiding the Unione Industriali of Turin, showing a great aptitude for the enhancement of local resources, promoting the development and the strengthening of the sustainable, digital and innovative industry, always with a careful eye on the preservation of the artistic and cultural heritage of the city, through the Presidency of the Consulta per la Valorizzazione dei Beni Artistici e Culturali of Turin ".

Marsiaj is the founder, chairman and CEO of Sabelt, the chairman of the Unione Industriali and of the Consulta per la Valorizzazione dei Beni Artistici e Culturali of Turin.

“I am honored and also very excited. The Ernest & Young award is a great recognition for my long career as an entrepreneur and manager, which led me to buy back Sabelt a few years ago to enhance its full potential within the industry of excellence in the automotive and aerospace sectors.
