Sabelt and Raven Cars, the first luxury carmaker in the metaverse, teamed up to create a virtual supersport car.

Moncalieri (Italy), March 24th, 2023. Sabelt establishes itself as an innovative company by collaborating with the Italian start-up of digital luxury cars created for the metaverse in the development of an adrenaline-pumping supersport car that blends technological research and uncompromising design. The car is named Raven GTR and is a roadster version of the "older sister", the Raven GT, launched a year ago.

This one-of-a-kind project ignites a revolution in the automotive industry: the entry of the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) into the metaverse. In fact, a limited edition NFT will be created from the collaboration between the two brands: as for all the other cars produced by Raven Cars, the Raven GTR will include the 3D model of the vehicle in the NFT. This will allow its owners to give it a digital and certificated life on the web or in the virtual platforms of the metaverse, all while maintaining certified uniqueness and technical specifications.

The Raven GTR enriches the DNA of the model launched a year ago by the Raven team of Italian experienced car designers with a special content as a result of the same technological research that led Sabelt to collaborate with the most important automotive and motorsport brands in the world. The seat of the Raven GTR, developed as original equipment, was designed by the Sabelt engineers following all the standard homologation procedures, but with a technological thrust towards the top of uncompromising performance.

The "phygital" collaboration between the two brands through the NFT (Non Fungible Token) technology will virtually certify the Sabelt project of the OEM "Best Weight" seat featured in the vehicle: it is a concept-seat developed to achieve the minimum possible weight (less than 10kg) while maintaining the safety standards required by the regulations and the main OEM manufacturers. The backrest is made up of a tubular structure in visible carbon which allows to create an "extreme" seat through the installation of additional pads, or a more "comfortable" seat with a unique padding of a customized shape. The seat, on the other hand, is made up of a structural shell, in carbon too, and a density foam depending on owner’s choice.

The study of this concept, like all Sabelt products, is the result of an intense research and development activity, which makes it possible to achieve the highest levels of performance and safety. Furthermore, with this new project, one of Sabelt's latest innovations will also be available in the metaverse: the creation of the corresponding NFT, available together with the 3D model, will allow the seat and the car to come to life in the most varied virtual platforms that are now all the rage on the Web3, in simulation software, in videogames, but also in film productions and CGI (Computer Generated Imagery).

The collaboration between Sabelt and Raven Cars has been gorgeously enriched by Feeling Visuel Studio (www.feelingvisuel.com), a CGI Company based in Paris that set up a technical and creative team offering high-end CGI productions and creative retouching services to the major brands in the automotive business. In the occasion of this launch, Feeling Visuel brought the car to life with a set of realistic visuals of the Raven GTR inside a marvelous Hangar.
