After the realization of the seats for the street version of the Alpine A110, the car that gave rebirth to the legendary French brand linked to Renault, Sabelt goes on with this partnership supplying also the seats for the race version of that car, the A110 Cup, designed to take part to the Alpine Elf Europa Cup, that starts today.
The new seats are called GT-PAD: Sabelt expressly designed them for the French car, and then included them in its official catalogue. The GT-PADs are the first modular seats made by Sabelt, with a VTR shell covered in high resistance velvet and with integrated embracing headrest. They are homologated on the basis of FIA regulation 8855-1999.
Race versions of the GT-PADs have customizable cushions with Alpine logo on headrest and legs support and are given with a technical kit by Sabelt that includes seatbelts and fire resistant clothing made of suit, gloves and shoes, all tailored for Alpine.
The Alpine Elf Europa Cup 2018 is a new series that has in the new A110 its main character. Calendar includes six legs, each one made of two practice sessions, qualifying and race on the circuits of Le Castellet and Dijon (France), Nürburgring (Germany), Silverstone (Great Britain), Spa-Francorchamps (Belgium) and Barcelona (Spain). Season starts today June 1st and tomorrow June 2nd and will end October 20th and 21st 2018.
